Returns and Refunds

  • Each Seller has its own return and refund policy. Users should review the Seller’s policy before making a purchase.

  • If you have an issue with your order, you must contact The Tag, which will coordinate with the Seller the necessary steps for exchanges and refunds.

  • The Tag may assist in dispute resolution with the Seller.

  • Users have a right to a 14-day withdrawal period, except for items that are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
