THE PATH FROM ART ACADEMY TO DESIGN WORKSHOP
Founded in January 2025 by Alessia Bottini and Simone Benzi, Effusione grew from a shared vision cultivated at Milan’s Brera Academy of Fine Arts. United by a sensitivity to materials, light, and artistic expression, they set out to create objects that bridge art, craftsmanship, and contemporary design.
Starting in a small workshop, they experimented with metal, transforming it into pieces that interact with space in meaningful ways. From the beginning, their focus has been on balancing aesthetic exploration with artisanal authenticity, preserving the integrity of the making process.
Today, Effusione embodies simple yet profound design—handcrafted in Italy from genuine materials, created sustainably, and designed to bring warmth, balance, and light into everyday life.
